Good Try

I’ll try to be less offensive, it will be hard,
I am Irish, I’m a poet, I’m a bard.
I use words and phrases I have heard,
here and there and everywhere,
some of them absurd.
I am made of what I come from, what I am,
If you find me offensive, I don’t give a damn!
